The HatchBrood System
HatchBrood is a system specially designed to control the environment of the first day of a chick's life; the brooding period.

After hatching, day-old chicks are placed in the HatchBrood unit. Inside, factors such as air temperature and velocity, relative humidity and CO2 are constantly monitored and adjusted to ensure the chicks have a continuous, optimum body temperature. All chicks have easy access to fresh air, water and feed, and the lighting is ideal. In such perfect conditions, chicks start eating and drinking immediately, which gives them the best start-off possible. After 4 days, the chicks are transported to the farm to complete the production period.
